Food Grade Sorbitol Solution 70% (CAS 50-70-4) is a clear, colorless liquid sugar alcohol. It works as an excellent humectant and mild sweetener, widely used for baking, desserts, pastries and cake fillings. It locks moisture effectively, keeps bakery products soft and tender, avoids drying and hardening, and extends shelf life. With around 60% sweetness of sucrose, it is ideal for low-sugar and sugar-free bakery formulations. We supply bulk liquid sorbitol with stable quality and food compliance.
