Sorbitol Solution 70% is a colourless, clear, syrupy viscous aqueous solution of D‑Sorbitol (D‑Glucitol), belonging to polyol sugar‑alcohol family, manufactured via catalytic hydrogenation of glucose from corn starch raw material. This crystalline grade sorbitol liquid complies with BP / USP / EP specification standards, widely traded in bulk for food processing, pharmaceutical excipient and cosmetic personal‑care sectors.
Carrying INS No.420 and CAS No. 50‑70‑4, this sorbitol syrup delivers roughly 60 % sweetness compared with sucrose while bringing lower calorie intake.
