Sorbitol Solution 70% is a clear, colorless, syrupy liquid (CAS No. 50-70-4, INS 420, HS Code 38246000), composed of 70% sorbitol and 30% water. It is a polyol — a sugar alcohol widely used as a bulk sweetener in food products and across the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
Sorbitol is about 60 percent as sweet as sucrose with one-third fewer calories, and provides a smooth mouthfeel with a sweet, cool and pleasant taste. This 70% solution is supplied as a non-crystalline grade: it passes the −18°C / 48h non-crystal test, ensuring stable pumping, handling and transport even in cold seasons.
The product conforms to Non Crystalline BP/USP/EP standards. Sorbitol has been affirmed as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) by the U.S. FDA and is approved for use by the European Union and numerous countries including Australia, Canada and Japan.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated environment. Keep containers tightly closed and away from heat, sources of ignition and strong oxidizing agents. Avoid eye contact and ingestion; wear splash goggles and gloves when handling. The product is easily soluble in cold and hot water and remains non-crystalline under cold storage (−18°C / 48h).
