High-purity crystalline Sorbitol Powder (D-Sorbitol ≥ 98.0%) — a versatile sugar alcohol sweetener with 60% sucrose sweetness and 2.6 kcal/g. Ultra-fine powder texture, freely soluble in water. Ideal for sugar-free confectionery, baked goods, toothpaste, cosmetics, and industrial polyol applications. ISO 22000 / HALAL / KOSHER certified. 25kg bag. Free sample.
Sorbitol Powder (Crystalline Sorbitol / D-Glucitol) is produced by catalytic hydrogenation of glucose derived from non-GMO corn starch, followed by crystallization, centrifugation, and controlled drying. The result is a pure white, ultra-fine crystalline powder with a clean sweet taste and excellent functional versatility.
Unlike liquid sorbitol (70% solution), the crystalline powder offers higher purity, lower moisture, and easier handling for dry-blend formulations and applications where water content must be strictly controlled.

Q: What is the difference between Sorbitol Powder and Sorbitol Liquid (70%)? A: Powder has ≥98% purity and ≤1% moisture — ideal for dry-mix products, compressed tablets, and applications where water must be minimized. Liquid (70% solution) is preferred for syrups, liquid oral care, and wet-process foods.
Q: Can Sorbitol Powder be used in keto or low-carb products? A: Sorbitol provides 2.6 kcal/g with a GI of ~4–9. It is lower in calories and carbs than sugar, but not zero-calorie. For strict keto, erythritol or allulose are preferred.
Q: Is there a daily intake limit? A: Excessive consumption (>20 – 50 g/day depending on individual tolerance) may cause laxative effects. Products containing >10% sorbitol should carry an advisory label per FDA and EU regulations.
