This construction‑grade HPMC is non‑ionic modified polymer specially developed for building dry‑mix systems, not intended for food, pharmaceutical or cosmetic applications. It dissolves rapidly in cold water to form homogeneous viscous solution while remains insoluble in hot water.
When mixed into dry mortar formulations, it builds stable colloidal network inside mortar matrix, solving many common construction such as fast water loss, vertical sagging, short working time and poor trowelling feel.

In thick‑coated construction like exterior wall putty and heavy tile installation, wet mortar stays firmly on vertical surfaces without slipping or drooping, cutting construction rework and improving site efficiency.
Offers moderate lubricating property for mortar. Workers achieve smoother spreading and trowelling. Extended working open‑time allows position adjustment and surface finishing before initial setting. Good compatibility with cement, gypsum, quartz sand, lime and other conventional dry‑mix raw materials, will not impair final bonding strength.
