Construction Grade HPMC, also known as Hypromellose (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), is a multi‑purpose building additive derived from high‑grade refined cotton. This white‑to‑off‑white fine powder is specially developed for cement and gypsum‑based dry‑mix formulations. It brings multiple performance upgrades to mortar systems and addresses many common issues during building construction.
Our HPMC features good cold‑water dissolving performance, with thermal gelation temperature ranging from 60℃‑90℃. Strict batch inspection ensures stable quality for continuous mass production. Viscosity can be supplied from 100000‑200000cps under 2% Brookfield test condition, and customized viscosity grades are available to fit different project requirements.
