Construction Grade HPMC is semi‑synthetic modified cellulose derived from refined cotton, widely recognized as core water retention thickener in the global dry‑mix mortar industry. Different from pharmaceutical or food grades, this series is formulated to match cement and gypsum systems perfectly, balancing water‑locking capacity, anti‑sagging performance and on‑site workability.

Lock internal moisture inside mortar and putty to avoid rapid evaporation or substrate absorption, provide sufficient hydration time for cement and gypsum, effectively reduce cracking, powder‑falling and hollowing defects of finished walls.
Custom high viscosity 100000‑200000 cps brings stable vertical slip resistance. Thick‑layer construction such as large tile pasting and exterior wall putty will not slide down, greatly improving construction efficiency.
Good lubricity makes troweling and spreading smoother; longer adjustable working time allows workers to modify the surface freely before initial setting of mortar. Compatible with all common dry‑mix raw materials without negative reaction.
