70% Sorbitol Solution (D‑Glucitol Liquid, INS E420, CAS 50‑70‑4) is a high‑purity aqueous polyol syrup manufactured by catalytic hydrogenation of starch‑derived glucose. It is a clear, colourless, odourless viscous syrupy liquid, containing approx.70 % D‑Sorbitol solids and around 30 % purified water.
