The conductivity figure deserves a second look: at 6.4 µS/cm against a 10 µS/cm ceiling, the syrup carries almost no ionic load - a practical advantage when it is blended into systems where salts can interfere with stability.
The 70% label refers to total dry substance, and most of that dry matter should be sorbitol - not glucose or other sugars. Units note: the COA states D-sorbitol and D-mannitol on an as-dry-substance basis while the specification states the D-glucitol range directly; both documents describe the same high-sorbitol / low-mannitol / low-sugar profile.
The release program ends with a stress test most syrups would fail: hold the liquid at -18°C for 48 hours and demand that no crystals form. The reference batch is recorded as conforming. Practically, this is the property that keeps your sorbitol pumpable after winter freight, calm in cold warehouses, and uniform even when stock turns slowly - no sugar sediment settling at the bottom of the drum, no blocked dosing lines.
Order the non-crystallizing grade when your logistics or your finished product cannot tolerate crystal formation. If your process intentionally wants sorbitol to crystallize, tell us before ordering so we can discuss the right grade with you.
