It optimizes multiple physical properties of mortar and delivers consistent workability under various construction‑site conditions.
Our HPMC offers viscosity grades spanning 100 000‑200 000 mPa·s (2% Brookfield). Custom‑tailored viscosity options are available to meet varied formulation requirements. The pH value of its 1% water‑based solution falls within 5.0‑8.0. Rigorous production controls secure stable batch‑to‑batch uniformity, making it well‑suited for high‑volume continuous manufacturing at dry‑mix material plants.
‑ Reduce the water evaporation rate of mortar. It locks internal moisture within mortar blends and slows rapid water loss under hot, dry or windy site conditions. It ensures normal sufficient hydration of cement and gypsum, delivering desirable curing performance for mortar.
‑ Feature outstanding anti‑sag performance. It reinforces the internal network structure of mortar. When applied on vertical walls and overhead surfaces, the mortar will not slide or drip. It is compatible with both manual trowel operation and mechanical spray‑plastering workflows.
‑ Improve mortar workability. It lowers mixing resistance and facilitates smearing and spreading. Construction workers can achieve even and smooth mortar surfaces with lower labor consumption.
